Our two interns from the far north completed a 2-week business internship with us in Lower Austria.
The focus was not only on key figures, fixed costs, yield, sales and purchasing, marketing and shipping, but also on the individual steps in the vineyard and in processing.
As the harvest was already over, the focus was on the young plants, pulling in wires, spacers, but also straightening the vineyards after the storm, pre-pruning and installing winter fix. And of course not forgetting filling, labeling, competitor analysis and the introduction of a new PIWI variety.
A visit to Vienna and mountain bikes on the Gemeindealpe were of course a must – thank you both very much!
