Again this year, filled with pure varietals, the PIWI red wine variety Cabernet Cortis has an elegant, promising bouquet, dark berries, very dense, complex, deep sensual fruit, ripe red and dark berries, sour cherry, with present soft tannins. 12 months in barriques give it a little wood, chocolate, maybe some vanilla on the finish.
